stylists who have been with AR Salon 0-2
years. They participate in extensive
training sessions with AR. They are
guided through their services by one of
our Directors to guarantee the quality of
their work. These stylists may seek the
guidance of other stylists to enable them
to provide you with the best possible
service. Our SR Stylists have been with
AR Salon 2+ years (or equivalent
experience). They meet the high
standards set by AR and are qualified to
perform unsupervised work. Our Master
Stylists have perfected their craft of
hairstyling and have been with AR Salon
5+ years (or equivalent experience)Our
Master Stylists go above and beyond
your expectations to guarantee your
complete satisfaction. Our Directors
have 10+ years of experience and only
take on new clients by referral. None of
our stylists are above continued
education which is required by AR for all
stylists to keep up with the newest

various products and methods to
ensure the quality of ingredients and
tools required to leave your hair in
the best condition possible. We
decided that "CHI" was for us. This
type of chemical service takes
approximately 3-5 hours. The
recommended upkeep is 2-4 times
per year. During this process your
hair will be conditioned between each
step, dried with a negative ionic dryer
and straightened with a ceramic iron
prior to neutralization. Your hair will
be permanently smooth and shiny,
the hair you've always hoped for!
